Statement on Charitable Status

The intention was alway to create Good Team as a nonprofit, but after much consideration it was decided that we could not accomplish our goals or making as many programs as possiuble under the 501c3 designation.

The Benefits of Engagement

Employee engagement is a measure of connection, to both the work & culture of your company. It's also — as we know from the studies cited below — a high stakes venue with far reaching effects on profitability.

Team building activities that highlight company principles, especially those surrounding philanthropy, can play a huge role.

TLDR; Summary

• Employee engagement has a direct impact on
revenue & growth

• Main areas of impact include:
productivity, hiring leverage & turnover rates

• The missing piece is not the lack of employee volunteer policies, but
opportunities

We can’t make these for volunteer groups (companies). Ironic, because these work much better when designed for the volunteer group. It could be construed as commercial services and its just not risk n

We would have to take grants, make them for the general good, the irony is what would be required to do this as a nonprofit would be much more complex and funding focusing (ironic) as opposed to just simply imaging as many of these programs as possible. Ironically, to be a nonprofit we would have to be a lot more focused on profit. We do this thing that helps people, we collect a fair wage for that.

NO DONT SAY THIS AT ALL. We di create a separate nonprofit to fill a simple need. This is in no way connected to Good this burins. It is run by a separate board and has the sole mission
